During Q3 and Q4 or 2010, the internet resources of the Services Marketing Institute as well as the digital properties of the Services Marketing Association are being redesigned and refocused by our (volunteer) web advisory team.
We anticipate that the new web sites will be unveiled in the forth quarter of this year.
